Jean-Paul started his journey in the staffing industry at the age of 14, handing out flyers on the busy streets of New York City for Distinctive Temps. Fast forward to today, he is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Problem Solver of SourceNow (formally known as Distinctive Workforce Solutions). As a visionary leader, Jean-Paul oversees the global operations of SourceNow, including SourceNow Professional, SourceNow International, SourceNow Transportation, Daydreamer Technologies, and Daydreamer International. He is a world-renowned expert in Vendor Management Technology, Managed Services, and Temporary Staffing, and is considered a legend in the industry for his revolutionary solutions in light industrial staffing management worldwide. Jean-Paul also serves as a Board Director and Secretary for the Staffing Advisory Group, providing counsel to the United States Congress. He advises C-level executives on various corporate boards, and hosts the most downloaded Staffing Industry Podcast in the world, "Solving Temporary Staffing Problems" (STSP), available on all major podcast platforms. A proud Chilean American and native New Yorker, Jean-Paul was raised in the St. George apartment complex in Staten Island. He now resides in South Florida with his wife and three sons. Jean-Paul is committed to empowering people, promoting environmental sustainability, and supporting community outreach through various non-profit organizations.

Ben has amassed over fifteen years of experience in the staffing industry. Following his graduation from law school, he relocated to Los Angeles in search of business prospects. He signed up with a national staffing agency, managing their most prominent account. Eventually, his client approached him to work in-house as part of their contingent labor management team. Ben was later fortunate enough to join SourceNow during a time when it was emerging as a frontrunner in administering complex, high volume temporary labor programs. Ben and his wife, Sunshine, are raising their three sons in Long Beach, CA.

Kevin joined SourceNow in 2019 as the Director of Finance, leveraging his 25 years of experience in accounting, financial, IT, and HR leadership roles to provide overall financial planning and strategy, regulatory compliance, and oversight over accounting and finance operations. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Kevin has been involved in developing and implementing sound financial strategies, improving business processes, and applying forward-thinking technology and streamlined workflow solutions to operational challenges. With a strong commitment to teamwork and employee recognition, Kevin's values of honesty and integrity continue to inspire those around him.

Chris has over 30 years of accounting experience for large and small organizations in Nebraska and Florida. She joined SourceNow in 2020, where she optimizes and organizes all financial resources. With her extensive background, she handles duties such as fixed asset accounting, capital lease accounting, financial statement preparation and analysis, financial planning and strategy, payroll, multi-state payroll taxes, and complex system integrations. Chris is excited to work at SourceNow because of its mission and culture. She enjoys living in Boca Raton, Florida, where she can indulge in her hobby of boating on the tropical water.

Ryan is our Director of Business Analytics. He leads the business analytics and data analysis team in support of our clients and internal stakeholders. Ryan graduated from UCLA in 2020 with an engineering degree. He linked up with JP and SourceNow when he moved from California to Florida post-graduation. He is a talented and motivated individual who is a driving force ensuring SourceNow's innovation ambitions. When he is not crushing it at his job, you can find him engaging in outdoor activities such as Spikeball, cornhole, and paddleboarding.

Janet Popoca is an accomplished leader in the staffing industry with 20 years of experience in recruitment, operations, and business development. As Director of Sales, she has consistently driven revenue growth through strategic partnerships and tailored talent solutions. Known for her client-centric approach and ability to build enduring relationships, Janet excels at aligning client needs with top-tier talent solutions. Her leadership and vision have established her as a trusted advisor in the staffing sector.

Neylibeth is a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in web development, UI/UX design, and social media strategy. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at SourceNow, she leads innovative campaigns and drives brand growth. With a background in staffing technology and vendor management systems, she excels at creating seamless, user-centric solutions. Her passion for design and analytics bridges creativity and performance, delivering impactful results. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, playing tennis, and diving into video games.

Laura is the Head of HR Operations at Sourcenow, where she leads and develops all strategic HR programs and initiatives for both Sourcenow employees and the flexible talent workforce across the country. With over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, Laura has a strong track record of driving successful HR initiatives that align with business goals and ensure the company's workforce remains engaged, compliant, and empowered. Laura began her career in business development and recruitment, and over time, transitioned into an HR leadership role. This unique combination of business development, recruitment, and HR expertise allows her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her work, addressing the needs of both the organization and its diverse talent pool. At Sourcenow, Laura is committed to creating an inclusive and dynamic work environment while continuously innovating HR practices to support the company’s growth and success. Outside of work, Laura enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and cooking, always seeking new experiences and flavors to explore.

Agustin joined SourceNow in 2022 and has since shared his extensive experience in business analysis, agile methodologies, and leadership skills. He focuses on building strong interpersonal relationships and making collaborative team decisions. His goals include fostering commitment, maximizing learning, promoting autonomy, ensuring alignment, maintaining focus, and adapting based on the delivery of continuous feedback from end users.

With over 24 years of experience in software engineering, Juan Pablo has worked across diverse industries and contributed to a wide range of projects. Known for their expertise as a skilled software architect, Juan Pablo excels at designing scalable, efficient, and robust systems that meet complex business requirements. Throughout their career, Juan Pablo has demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities, leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
